A Shared Passion for Helping the Underserved
At the America’s Dentists Care Foundation (ADCF), our team is passionate about helping to make quality oral health care a reality for the underserved. We invite you to learn more about our team and board of directors.
Meet the ADCF Team
The ADCF has a decade of experience partnering with dental clinic organizers and ensuring the success of such events. In addition to the equipment for dental clinics, we provide pre-clinic guidance and expert support the day of the event.
I consider it a true blessing and a genuine honor to get to do what I do every day...
Being a part of the ADCF mission, in concert with our clinic family and generous donors across America, makes every day an adventure that I don't even consider ‘work’ in its traditional sense. I consider it a true blessing and a genuine honor to get to do what I do every day with an amazing team and committed board of directors that I deeply admire and respect.
Bringing with him years of experience related to operating a business and leading teams effectively, Bill Blasing joined the ADCF as our executive director in 2015. He is not only adept at ensuring the overall business goals of our organization are met, but Bill is skilled in cultivating opportunities that add value to our charitable clinic family and their patients around America. He is responsible for all aspects related to human resources, operations, budgeting, fundraising and donor relations.
Bill is a member of several local non-profit groups, the Wichita Chamber of Commerce and his church, where he has served in various capacities. Bill is married to his elementary school sweetheart, Gina, whom he considers his best friend. He enjoys cruising in his first car, a 1971 Chevelle Malibu, which also happens to be the car he courted Gina in during high school.
Marketing and Administration Manager
The best part about working for the ADCF is being a part of a small, dedicated team that is always thinking of new ways we can add value for the organizations that use our services for charitable dental clinics.
Drawing from an education in strategic communication, Erika Elving is the marketing and administration manager at the ADCF. Based in our corporate Wichita office, she is the main support to our executive director and an integral part of daily operations. In coordination with the director, Erika’s role includes managing the organization’s public communications (website, social media, newsletters and more), creating marketing, grant and fundraising materials, and managing relationships with non-equipment vendors and customers.
Erika is passionate about Wichita State University (WSU) basketball and her rescue cat, Bitty. In her free time, she enjoys playing indoor soccer.
Senior Program Manager
I like being a part of something that helps others. Getting to see the smiles of people who haven't previously been able to get dental care is the most rewarding part of the job.
As a senior program manager at the ADCF, Ben Hopper manages daily warehouse operations, including staff duties and expectations, safety, cleanliness, equipment, parts and maintenance. Ben also works with our executive director to manage equipment costs and budget expectations. Prior to the ADCF, he attended college, and then as an employee has become certified for forklift operation and obtained training on Air Techniques and A-dec equipment.
Ben enjoys playing sports like indoor soccer and slow pitch softball, gaming and spending time with friends.
There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a person who came into a clinic barely willing to open their mouth then leave with a huge smile on their face and beyond happy.
Specializing in events and equipment, Aaron Biggs is a program manager with the ADCF. While at our headquarters in Wichita, he coordinates with dental clinic organizers and ensures equipment is properly maintained. Aaron also provides dental clinic support and is involved from the set up of clinic equipment to the tear down after the event has concluded. Prior to the ADCF, he obtained a bachelor’s degree. As an employee, he has become certified for forklift operation and obtained training on Air Techniques and A-dec equipment.
In his free time, Aaron enjoys traveling, playing music and a variety of sports, and gaming.
I've always felt the need to help people and my position with the ADCF gives me the opportunity to do just that.
Zach Ioerger is a program manager with the ADCF. He is dedicated to ensuring dental clinics run smoothly by arranging and coordinating Mission of Mercy (MOM) activities with state dental entities, including pre-clinic visits and consultations, clinic attendance and volunteer supervision. Prior to the ADCF, he attended college, and then as an employee has become certified for forklift operation and obtained training on Air Techniques and A-dec equipment.
I like that I'm playing a role in helping people get dental care that they wouldn’t otherwise receive. I also enjoy the travel aspect of my position.
Responsible for ensuring the success of dental clinics, Jordan McAtee is a program manager with the ADCF. He arranges and coordinates Mission of Mercy (MOM) activities with state dental entities, including pre-clinic visits and consultations, clinic attendance and volunteer supervision. Jordan has a bachelor’s degree and is certified in forklift operation.
Jordan enjoys playing the guitar, lifting weights and spending time with both friends and family.
Meet the ADCF Board
The ADCF was established to address the lack of quality equipment available for dental Mission of Mercy (MOM) events. Representatives from each of the participating states have joined for the purpose of acquiring, maintaining and shipping the expensive dental equipment needed to host a state-run MOM event.
